Words can not express how intimate sunrise elopements feel.
The knowing of anticipation is heavy in the early silence, but eases with the sound of birds, the lightening of the sky, and a gentle wind to say good morning.
Not all sunrise elopements have friends and family in attendance, but their eagerness to wake up at 3am for a ceremony will never cease to amaze me.
Every reason I have for choosing an intimate wedding was embodied in Cassie & Brad. A couple that has stood together in the face of challenges, grown together, loved together. They are each others person. She is his, and he is hers.
And this morning, the Snoqualmie mountains woke up just for them. To honor both the fate and commitment that has brought them together, just as the sun is destined to rise each morning.
